  • Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    There are several Illinois cities that prohibit discrimination against housing vouncher participants.
  • Are you licensed?

    Yes, we are licensed by The Illinois Division of Real Estate. (IDFPR)
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Absolutely! We have a great system that allows us to quickly respond to maintenance requests and owner calls. We do not utilize automated answering services. You will have direct contact information.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, we facilitate direct deposit.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    The owner can view the executed lease however property management will sign all leases on owners behalf.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes we do! We are licensed Realtors that can ensure you top dollar for your home. Ask us about our discounted rates if you sell with us!
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    We send all monies due to the owners on the 10th of each month.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Almost all tenants pay via our management website. We also accept money orders and cashier’s checks.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    We offer flexible lease terms starting from 12 months.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Security deposits are typically equal to 1-month’s rent.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    We are very passionate about growing our business and would be able to onboard new properties immediately.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    Condo, Townhomes, Duplexes, Single-family homes and Multifamily homes.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    Once a month you will receive an owner’s statement showing all your property’s financial activities we manage. We also provide you a 1099 report for your tax reporting. If you ever need more information, your owner portal allows you to create all types of reports 24/7.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    We hold the security deposit and handle the refund process.
