Welcome to the FSP Investor Alliance Network. FSP works with investors to acquire, rent, manage and/or sell investment property. We work with various Hedge Funds and Banks throughout the country to present distressed properties to our Investor Alliance. These properties are not available through the MLS and are CASH deals. In order to apply for membership, complete this application and submit it along with the required documentation. Once your application is received, you can expect to hear from a representative within 24-48 hours.

If your application is approved; you will gain access to our list of properties, a welcome letter will be sent out to you and a representative will you guide you through the rest of the set up process.
