Emergency Mainenance

Only calls after hours that are an emergency should be made to the hotline. All maintenance calls during the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday should be made to our main office
1-630 613-9390.

Due to the abuse of the hotline number, any non-emergency calls made to the hotline, a $50 charge will be applied to your rent for any instance of misuse.

To avoid the $50 penalty for placing a non-emergency call, please read the following Field Street Properties’ list of Emergencies.
